USA and Canada: 30€ / Free from: 150€.

CHANGES

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to request a change.

Changes will only be accepted for items that are in perfect condition including original packaging and accessories.

To request a change of size or model, write to info@steplands.com providing your details and we will arrange for the courier service to collect the product and deliver the new order.

RETURNS

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to request a return.

Returns will only be accepted for items that are in perfect condition including original packaging and accessories.

As soon as we receive the goods and check that everything is correct, we will refund you the corresponding amount with the same method of payment as the purchase was made.
